How it works
  1. Extract

Modules, quick daily questions and a two-minute evening sync collect what you think — and how you answer: pauses, hesitations, what you type and delete.

  2. Consolidate

Your AI reads new answers and writes first-person statements about you, each citing the answers it rests on and how sure it is.

  3. Predict

Before you answer a question, it seals a guess. Your answer scores it against a naive guess about anyone — the honest test of whether it knows you.

  4. Reflect

It shows you the patterns it sees, the strengths you underuse and the one change with the most leverage. You confirm or reject; your verdict wins.

  5. Grow

Goals, if-then habits with reminders, a way to examine a thought, and an honest weekly review turn the model into change.

The Mind coaches; it is not a clinician and doesn't diagnose. If you're in crisis, contact local emergency services, a crisis line, or someone you trust.
