The short version: we collect what you type into our forms, use it to reply to you, to fulfil your order and to invite you from a waitlist you joined, and nothing else. There are no accounts and we set no cookies of our own. We count page views ourselves, without cookies and without identifying you. The Research & Tools section carries advertising served by a third party — see Advertising below.
What we collect
When you order ZeroDesk: your name, email address, preferred contact channel and handle, operating system, country (optional), any note you add, and the plan you chose.
When you enquire about a custom build: your name, email address, company (optional), your description of the problem, the kind of build and timing (both optional), and your preferred contact channel and handle.
When you join The Mind waitlist: your email address, your name (optional), and the kind of computer you use.
With each submission we record the time and the country our hosting provider infers from your connection. We do not store your IP address.
When you email us, we receive what you send.
Why we use it
To contact you, arrange payment, deliver and support the software, answer enquiries, invite you when a place opens on a waitlist you joined, and keep the records tax and accounting rules require. We don't sell or rent your information, never pass it to advertisers or use it to target adverts, and don't add you to any mailing list you didn't join yourself. The waitlist is not a newsletter.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure under our account, and only we can access them. If you choose Telegram, WhatsApp or Discord as your contact channel, our conversation there is also subject to that service's privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Order details are kept for as long as your license runs and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting records require. Enquiries that don't become an engagement are deleted once we no longer need them to follow up — or sooner, if you ask. Waitlist entries are kept until you've been invited, or until you ask us to remove you.
Payments
Payment is currently arranged directly with us by invoice, and we keep the payment records the law requires. When our merchant of record integration goes live, card payments will be handled by the merchant of record under its own privacy policy — card details never pass through this Site.
ZeroDesk itself
ZeroDesk runs on your computer. Your model API keys, settings and analysis history stay on your machine, and the software does not send them to us. When you run an analysis, the charts and text you send go directly to the model provider you chose, under that provider's own terms.
The Mind itself
The Mind runs on your computer. Your answers, the model it builds of you, and its backups are stored on your machine, and the software does not send them to us. When it uses the AI you connected, it sends the relevant part of that model directly to that provider, under the provider's own terms.
Page-view analytics
We count visits ourselves, on our own servers. No third-party analytics service is involved and nothing is stored on your device — no cookies, no local storage, no session storage — so there is nothing here to consent to or clear.
We record the page, the site that referred you, your country, your browser and device type, your screen size as a rough band, how long the page was actually in view and how far down it you read. To count returning visits within a single day we store a one-way hash of your IP address and browser signature, mixed with a secret that changes every midnight UTC. Your IP address itself is never written down, and the next day's hash for the same person is unrelated to today's, so visits cannot be linked across days or to you.
If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not count you at all.
Advertising
Pages in the Research & Tools section of the Site, including The Mind's pages, the download pages and the waitlist confirmation page, display advertising served by A-ADS (Anonymous Ads). Nowhere else on the Site carries advertising.
Each ad is an iframe loaded from a-ads.com. Because your browser fetches that frame directly, A-ADS
receives the request data any web server receives — your IP address, user agent, and the page the ad sits
on. We do not send them your name, email address, order details or anything else you have given us, and
they have no access to our forms or records.
What happens inside that frame is governed by A-ADS, not by us, under their privacy policy. We do not choose the individual adverts shown and we do not endorse them. An advert on this Site is not a recommendation — treat anything it offers, particularly anything financial, with the same caution you would treat any advert on the internet.
Blocking ads does not break anything. Every download and the waitlist work normally with an ad blocker running, with JavaScript disabled, or with the frame failing to load.
Hosting
The Site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. We'll keep only what the law requires us to.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page first and change the "Last updated" date.
